Staffelter Hof, Kröv Letterlay Kabinett 2022 South Africa Fruit from the Côteaux desPlace: Mosel, Germany Grape: Riesling Vibe: Cracking If you put a gun to my head and asked me to pick my favourite Riesling style (can't think of a situation that would require this, but whatever), it'd be Kabinett, and wines like this are the reason why. Peaches n cream on the nose and a beautiful sweetness in the mouth, all kept in check by Riesling's signature ripping acid. This is so, so good. ABV: 7. 5%
