From some searching looks like the head for an Jet Ski or Jet Mate JS JF JB JL 650 89 95 Possibly Relevant superseded part numbers: 11001 3712 11001 3714 11001 3716 The block had some issues, but the head looks in good condition. It has been painted with green paint at some point, but you can still see the original red paint
