Grown in nutrient dense, volcanic soils, the coffee is meticulously hand picked by over 1,500 smallholder farmers. At the Gakuyu ini wet mill, only the finest cherries are selected and processed with eco conscious methods, and the result is a coffee that reflects both the land's natural richness and the farmers' dedication to quality.
