2023 | Domaine Grand 'en Prele' Pinot Noir | Cotes du Jura Château Thivin Just racked and sulphuredThe 2023 Domaine Grand En Prle Ctes du Jura Pinot Noir comes from 25 year old vines of Pinot Noir grain fin, a finer berried and more delicate biotype that thrives in the Juras clay and limestone soils. The fruit is hand harvested with rigorous berry selection in the vineyard and on the sorting table before being fully destemmed. A five day cold maceration precedes fermentation, with six months of skin contact in infusion tanks at warmer temperatures
