This Crmant is from the Loire Valley and so is made from the areas prevalent Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes are hand harvested. A slow, cool fermentation is followed by three years of ageing on the lees, resulting in a creamy texture and refined character. Perfect for any occasion, delicious with creamy cheeses.
