Distilled in 1997, matured in a single hogshead and bottled in 2017. Only 261 bottles were produced. Bottled at a cask strength of 55. 8%. The Spirits Shop' Selection was founded in Taiwan in 2014 by Dong Fang Ming with the aim of creating an "East West cultural exchange,"
