Vacheron Constantins answer to the Nautilus and Royal Oak, the 222 was in production for just eight years. The 37mm ref. 44018 jumbo and this 34. 5mm mid size ref. 46003 represent the core of the model. Powered by an ultra thin JLC 889 bauche, this 46003 is just 7mm thin. It sports a tritium dial, sigma signed, in a much brighter white cream tone than most examples weve seen.
