As good as anything French and considering, sparkling wine is all they make, they would have to be good at it. Each bottle is hand crafted in the true "Methode Traditionnelle", with tirage, riddling and disgorging being carried out on the family winery. Ageing for a minimum of 24 months on lees which adds extra complexity to the fresh citrus finish.
