Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon, USA 2023 Fattoria delle Ripalte Ephemere is a collaboration betweenBedrock's Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon draws on fruit from the Bedrock, Lazy Dog, Monte Rosso and Montecillo vineyards, rounded out with small amounts of Malbec and Cabernet Franc and matured in just 10% new oak. Black cherry, gravel, lavender, mocha, licorice and spice are all dialed up over a firm, savory frame with a long, mineral driven finish.
