This Barcelona wedding was very personal.

Maria and Ivan are originally from Russia, but they have been living in Barcelona for the past few years.
They don’t speak Spanish, so from the very beginning they wanted someone who could fully take care of the entire process — calmly, clearly, and in their language.

Most of their guests traveled from Russia, some from other parts of Europe.
It was important for them that the key vendors spoke Russian, but at the same time the venue and the local coordination had to work perfectly in Spanish.
That’s exactly where we stepped in.

We took care of everything — planning, coordination, communication with the venue and all suppliers.
In addition, we developed the style and decor of the wedding.
Our in-house decor and floral team worked on the concept, details, and atmosphere of the day.

One very important part of this wedding was their dog.
It was essential for the couple that their dog could be part of the celebration.
So we found a dog-friendly venue, and even organized a special person who took care of all the dogs during the day — including dogs of the guests — so everyone could relax and truly enjoy the wedding.

All traditions were respected, everything flowed naturally, and the couple was incredibly happy.

If you’re dreaming of a wedding in Barcelona in Russian, need a Russian-speaking host and full organization — we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.
